Today’s market – characterised by quick changes, uncertainty, increasing competitiveness, high levels of technological innovation, and more and more demanding clients – needs flexible organisational structures, able to adapt to constant change.

That’s why our first target is an uninterrupted growth in the competences of our Human Resources, to be achieved through a planning process based on flexible methods and instruments. Our action is that of constant adaptation and research of consistency between strategic targets and available professional resources.

The final target is to recruit more and more qualified resources, able to bring a technical contribution through high level competences, but also a human contribution – made of reputation and authority – which could stimulate trust, as a basis for best organisational relationships.
