OUR LABORATORY

Our Laboratory is equipped with advanced instruments necessary to perform all tests and checks required by specifications, terms and regulations of our clients.

It is divided into three main areas:

a) the R&D laboratory

b) the metrological laboratory

The R&D laboratory is the one where any electric, mechanical, physical-chemical, thermal tests are performed.

Electric: tests of loss of tension, resistance and insulation, dielectric rigidity, overvoltage, electric overload.

Mechanical: several vibration tests – sinusoidal/random/shock – at different temperatures and humidity rates.

Physical-chemical: tests on the level of protection against dust and water, resistance to chemical agents and corrosion.

Thermal: test in conditions of cold, hot, storage, thaw, condensing, humidity, thermal shocks.

Other frequent tests are those on

- electromagnetic tolerance as jump start, load dump;

In the metrological laboratory, tests are performed on geometry, forces, galvanic coating, material resistance.

The laboratory for special essays is devoted to tests on luminosity, acoustic and noise measurement, photometric and DSC thermal analysis, colour ranges, adhesion to painted plastic, magnetic flows.
