We believe that any successful initiative has specific peculiarities that make it a special occasion, the result of a series of combined factors.
We also believe that, to make success an enduring aspect of our life, method and discipline are needed to carry on actions and conditions which are at the base of this same success.
A successful company, able to create long lasting satisfaction in its clients, is the result of everyday meticulous care for any specific aspect of the firm system.
That’s why Vimercati is structured on a CWQC – company wide quality control – system, where quality is a reference point for any activity, and clients are our sole priority.

The CWQC system allows us to actively involve the whole staff in the management of quality in terms of clients’ satisfaction, and to promote a methodic orientation towards quality in all departments.
The main concern of employees and collaborators is to improve quality by a constant attention to quality level in all processes.
What we try to do is to spread a culture of quality deriving from a general process of continuous learning, by means of behavioural and managing principles which have become our frame of mind.
The main principles are based on the use of cause-effect analysis, application of the PDCA (plan-do-check-act) model, 5 whys’s analysis, statistic/scientific control instruments.
The managing principles are inspired by the reproducibility of constant improvement, primary attention to processes, quality attained at any level of production, presence of organisational units in the transverse managing of processes.
