In compliance with Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 (Privacy Code) and subsequent changes, we are to provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data supplied by you. The information must not be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted via links on the domain owner’s websites, which are not to be considered in any way responsible for third party websites. This is an information that is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003 – Code regarding the protection of personal data. Pursuant to Article 28 of the Personal Data Protection Code, VIMERCATI S.P.A., with registered office in Via Vincenzo Monti, 38 – 20016 Pero (MI), is the data controller in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative.
The data processor, in accordance with article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Code, is, among others, the information technology company charged with administering the website and updating it. The processing will be carried out in an automated and / or manual manner, with methods and instruments aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed to do so in compliance with the provisions of Articles 31 et seq. D.Lgs. 196/03. The data will be stored for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed.
5. AREA OF COMMUNICATION AND SPREAD
Your data, object of the treatment, will not be diffused; they may instead be communicated to companies contractually linked to VIMERCATI S.P.A., abroad within the European Union, in compliance with and within the limits set forth in art. 42 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. Personal data may be transferred abroad to non-EU countries within and within the limits set by art. 43 and 44 lett. b) of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes. The data may be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following categories:
– subjects providing services for the management of the information system used by VIMERCATI S.P.A. and telecommunications networks (including e-mail);
– firms or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships;
– competent authorities for fulfilling legal obligations and / or provisions of public bodies, upon request;
The subjects belonging to the aforesaid categories perform the function of Data Processing Manager, or operate in complete autonomy as separate Data Controllers. 6. NATURE OF THE CONFERRING/ASSIGNMENT AND REFUSAL
Apart from what specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data. The provision of personal data by sending requests for information to the email addresses listed on the site is necessary to complete the sending of requests and receive feedback from the data controller. Failure to provide personal data may result in the inability to obtain information from VIMERCATI S.P.A.
